September 25, 2020 Revocation of Temporary Waiver of Credit Counseling and Financial Education Requirements in the District of Puerto Rico and the District of the Virgin Islands To Occur Effective March 24, 2021
June 5, 2020 Updated Applications, Instructions and Appendices for Credit Counseling and Debtor Education have been posted to the United States Trustee Program’s website. Effective immediately, all applicants must use the updated Application and Appendices when applying for approval or re-approval as a credit counseling agency or debtor education provider. The forms are in effect until December 31, 2022.
