The Southern District of California includes San Diego and Imperial Counties. The main office is headquartered in the city of San Diego, in San Diego County. San Diego County is the second most populous county in California. The District’s branch office is located in the city of El Centro, in Imperial County. Imperial County is located in the Imperial Valley and borders both the State of Arizona and the Republic of Mexico.
