Childhood Agricultural Injury Survey (CAIS) Results

CAIS Demographics Tables

Demographic data include estimates of the number of youth less than 20 years of age on farms. This includes the number of youth living on the farm, the number of youth hired to work on a farm, and visiting youth. The distribution of youth by age, sex, region, type of farm, and whether a household youth worked on the farm is provided when possible. Demographic data were not collected for youth visiting the farm.
