  • 27.9% of children between ages 6 to 11 years are physically active everyday for at least 60 minutes per day.

  • 14.6% of children between the ages of 12 to 17 years received services necessary for transition to adult health care.

  • Children ages 6 to 17 years are nearly twice as likely to flourish in families that demonstrate resilience.
