Federal Project Executives
A FEMP federal project executive (FPE) is the first person to contact when considering an ESPC. FPEs help agencies get started with their ESPC projects and coordinate the delivery of all U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) ESPCs. Contact the FPE for your region.
Project Facilitators
Federal agencies developing projects and awarding task orders under a DOE indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity ESPCs are required to work with an approved project facilitator. FEMP provides project facilitators at no cost for the early development of ESPC projects (until the agency has completed review of the energy service company's preliminary assessment).
