Summary

The draft permit allows the discharge of treated and untreated drinking water at the following outfalls:

Outfall No. 002Q located at N 38° 56’ 04.38” latitude, W 77° 06’ 56.13” longitude to Potomac River
Outfall No. 003 located at N 38º 54’ 41.5” latitude, W 77º 05’ 57” longitude to Potomac River
Outfall No. 004 located at N 38º 54’ 27.5” latitude, W 77º 05’ 36” longitude to Potomac River
Outfall No. 006 located at N 38º 55’ 14” latitude, W 77º 06’ 00” longitude to Potomac River
