Each year, hydrogen and fuel cell projects funded by DOE's Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Program are reviewed for their merit during an Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Meeting.

2016 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation

The U.S. Department of Energy held the 2016 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation meeting (AMR) for the Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Program on June 6–10, 2016, in Washington, D.C. The AMR showcased hydrogen and fuel cell projects funded by the DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and the Office of Science. Presentations and posters on project status are available in the 2016 Annual Merit Review Proceedings and the 2016 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Report . Videos of the plenary presentations are also available. The 2016 Annual Merit Review Awards recognize outstanding achievements and significant contributions to the DOE Hydrogen and Fuel Cells Program.

2015 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation

The 2007 Annual Merit Review Awards recognize outstanding achievements and significant contributions to the DOE Hydrogen Program.

2006 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation

The 2006 Annual Merit Review, held May 16–19, 2006, in Arlington, Virginia, showcased approximately 250 projects. Principal investigators presented their project status and results in oral and poster presentations, which are available in the 2006 Annual Merit Review Proceedings. A panel of more than 150 community experts peer reviewed two-thirds of the projects. These peer evaluation results are provided in the 2006 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Report. The 2006 Annual Merit Review Awards recognize outstanding achievements and significant contributions to the DOE Hydrogen Program.

2005 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation

The 2005 Annual Merit Review was held May 23–25, 2005, in Arlington, Virginia.
