HUD publishes a General Section each Fiscal Year (FY) that contains requirements for all of HUD's competitive grant programs. To be considered for funding, applications must meet all applicable requirements of the General Section and the requirements in the Program NOFA.
All FY 2017 NOFAs will follow a standardized format and order of content. The format and structure will be the same, but each Program NOFA will have a unique title, funding opportunity number, text and instructions that are specific to the program.
