The Federal Trade Commission is a dynamic and mission-driven agency, regularly listed as one of the best places to work in the federal government. The agency has been in the top five best places to work in the government since 2012.

This year, the Federal Trade Commission is ranked number two among 25 mid-size federal government agencies by the non-profit, non-partisan Partnership for Public Service, based on the FTC’s employee engagement score of 82.4. The FTC also ranks #1 in several Best Places to Work categories, to include effective leadership, strategic management, innovation, teamwork, performance based rewards and advancement and employee skills-mission match.

Additionally, the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP) ranked sixth, the Bureau of Competition (BC) ranked 10th, and the Office of the Executive Director ranked 130th among a total of 420 subcomponents across all federal agencies.
