Built on the FHA Catalyst technology platform, the new automated underwriting system allows lenders to electronically submit loan application data for single family mortgages and receive mortgage insurance eligibility scoring decisions from the TOTAL Mortgage Scorecard.

If you’re a homeowner with an FHA-insured single family mortgage and you’re struggling financially because of COVID-19, you now have until December 31, 2020, to request initial mortgage payment forbearance from your mortgage servicer.
