Intergovernmental Case Processing Innovation

In September 2019, OCSE awarded Section 1115 grants for the Intergovernmental Case Processing Innovation project to 7 state and 2 tribal child support agencies in California, Colorado, Fort Belknap Indian Community, Indiana, The Klamath Tribes, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Washington.

The two-year demonstration project will allow grantees to improve their existing processes and systems to test innovations likely to increase payments on intergovernmental cases, and implement procedures to increase their efficiency and customer service.
