The Biosolids Program is working to evaluate PFAS in biosolids in order to protect public health and the environment. Current work includes PFAS risk assessment in biosolids and methods development.

Biosolids Annual Reporting

Treatment facilities that meet applicability requirements and either land apply, surface dispose, or incinerate sludge are required to submit a report annually to their permitting authority by
February 19.
