Using Digital Marketing to Increase Participation in the Child Support Program

In September 2018, OCSE awarded Section 1115 grants for the Digital Marketing project to 12 state and 2 tribal child support agencies in California, Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma, Colorado, Indiana, Lac Courte Oreilles Band of Lake Superior Indians of Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming.

The two-year demonstration project will allow grantees to test digital marketing approaches and partnerships to reach parents that could benefit from child support services, and create or improve two-way digital communication and engagement with parents.
