The Division of Child Support is changing banks to improve our service to parents. If you receive child support via a DCS card from Bank of America, that card is still good and DCS will continue to disburse payments to that card as they are received. You will receive information about a new card at a later date. Just to make sure we can get your new card to you quickly please make sure we have an up-to-date mailing address for you. Attention employers: DCS now has a new video that helps employers report their new hires within 20 days of the employee's start date. The four-minute video is available in English and Spanish and explains the benefits of prompt reporting for the employer, the community and the kids whose parents receive regular payments.
