FY 2020 Annual Reporting Available

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is accepting fiscal year (FY) 2020 Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) annual reports starting October 1, 2020.

ATTENTION:
The new version (3.4) of the PATH Annual Report is now available for Providers.

Any PATH providers who encounter issues accessing or are concerned about the accuracy of their version 3.4 report should contact their local HMIS System Administrator for more guidance


New Email Address for PDX Technical Assistance and Questions

For questions related to PDX including assistance with password resets or problems logging in please send an email message to pathpdx@samhsa.hhs.gov.


Security Training and Documentation Requirements Are No Longer Required

SAMHSA is no longer requiring PDX users to complete the Cybersecurity Training and Certification Forms. All accounts have been unlocked. However, all PDX Users will still have to update their password every 90 days.

Providers and SPC's may use the PDX Learning (https://pathpdx-learning.samhsa.gov/) website for testing. Data entered or submitted via the PDX Learning will be not be reviewed or accepted by SAMHSA.
