GROSS RECEIPTS TAX (GRT) SYSTEM

 

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective end of day, Monday, November 2, 2020, taxpayers will no longer be able to submit gross receipt returns and payments online. However, taxpayers may complete and print returns using this system, and mail them into the Division of Revenue for processing. In January 2021, a new online portal will be available at https://tax.delaware.gov and will allow all taxpayers to file and pay gross receipts tax returns, as well as other taxes, online.  For additional information, please visit https://revenue.delaware.gov/info/modernization or email us at DOR_IRAS_OCM@delaware.gov.

Use this system to print paper returns to mail in with a check.


To access your account, you will need:

  • Your Federal Employee Identification Number (FEIN)

OR

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

OR

  • Temporary Identification Number (Temp ID)

AND

Only ONE of your active Delaware Business License Numbers

There are no longer payment options for on-line filing.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL NO LONGER RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONTAINING YOUR SESSION ID. It is imperitive that you keep a copy of your Session ID for your records. This will allow you to return to an incomplete GRT session should you end early.
