Partnerships

Partnerships are at the core of PSCR’s mission to accelerate advancements to public safety communications and our Research and Development (R&D) charter. Meaningful partnerships and collaboration add value to PSCR’s R&D outputs and services and aid in the development of innovative solutions to critical public safety communications gaps. Our partnerships help to connect people and ideas, collaborating around common goals, and pooling knowledge and resources to advance public safety technologies. Collaboration with our partners is vital to understanding public safety requirements and is essential to making our vision of the future a reality.

PSCR regularly hosts roundtables and working groups with attendees across public safety, industry, government, and academia. We welcome interested parties to bring their perspective to the table. We are looking for thought leaders from around the world to take part in a dialogue about advancing first responder communication technologies. In addition, our Open Innovation program is always looking for subject matter experts in various technology fields related to public safety communications research.

Cooperative Research and Development Agreement

A Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) is a partnering tool allowing federal laboratories to work with U.S. industries, academia, and other organizations on cooperative Research and Development (R&D) projects.
