Craig Klugman, BA, MA, PhD

National Preparedness and Response Science Board Member

Craig Klugman is a Professor of Bioethics and Health Humanities in the Department of Health Sciences at DePaul University as well as a member of the ethics committee at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and editor of the bioethics.net blog. He served on the core committee for the Illinois Crisis Standards of Care Task Force and on the Texas Influenza Planning Working Group. Dr. Klugman studies public health ethics, digital medicine, end-of-life issues, and health policy. He is the editor of several books including Research Methods in the Health Humanities (Oxford 2019), Medical Ethics (Gale Cengage 2016), and Ethical Issues in Rural Health (Hopkins 2013; 2008).
