Are you interested in visiting our state? In recent years, our little home in the Pacific Northwest has gotten a lot of attention.
We’re flattered. People can’t seem to say enough about it. And a lot of the things they’ve been saying are true. But let’s not lose our heads over this. Oregon is a very special place. And we’re glad you like it. But it’s just a place with a bunch of mountains and lakes and trees and beaches and those kinds of things.
That said, we do want you to visit. Really, we do. But please, don’t all come at once. Maybe just a few of you at a time.
It’s easier to get to know one another that way.
