Rebecca is an acquisition innovator, public health advocate, and all around problem solver. She currently works at the 18F, within Technology Transformation Services, a civic consultancy within the General Services Administration that helps other federal agencies build, buy, and share efficient and easy-to-use digital services. She is an Account Manager helping agencies buy tech better and transform their offices by using Agile methodologies, human centered design, transparency and open-source software.
