to Serve as 2022 IEEE-USA President

U.S. IEEE members have selected Deborah M. Cooper, PE, to serve as IEEE-USA president in 2022. Congratulations to Cooper and appreciation to Keith Moore, PE, both candidates have devoted considerable time and energy to helping U.S. IEEE members. Cooper will begin her term on 1 January 2022, succeeding 2021 IEEE-USA President Katherine J. Duncan.

IEEE-USA Government Fellowships

IEEE-USA is looking for qualified U.S. IEEE members to spend a year in Washington working as advisers to the U.S. Congress and to the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The fellowship program gives U.S. IEEE members an opportunity to learn firsthand about the public policy process while imparting their knowledge and experience to policymakers. The deadline to apply for 2021-2022 Fellowships is 14 December 2020.
