Moto 360 Integration Not so happy that my previous data was erased. Do I need to use the Google Fit Heart Rate app to log my heart rate in this system or can I stick with Motorola's?
Emmanuel Herrera
Won't work I can't even sign in....it keep saying can't download account information.... All my fit data on my moto 360 has been wiped but I can't use the app on my phone....I hope update comes soon
Andrew Minarik
Excited to see this implemented...but missing key things walking, running, and biking are not the only forms of workout. VERY happy to see that you can manually add an activity, but how about the other exercises? like situps, pushups, weight lifting, etc? it seems like pretty standard things to be able to add

Not responsive or accurate standalone On a phone_only install, either didn't count steps or counted inaccurately.
Nicholas Costa
Needs work The ui is almost too simple, no other apps sync to it to my knowledge (runkeeper specifically), it doesn't sync with the Web site very well, it won't update on my girlfriend phone. Fix it!
Gaurav Agrawal
Sync Issues with LG G Watch My step count keeps on fluctuating throughout the day. Instead of being a companion app, it messes up Wear Fit data. Also, UI tries too hard to be minimalistic, so much that it's difficult to find even basic functionality (considering the fact that app is very limited)

Finally some Android Wear Support! I've been wanting an app that syncs my pedometer info from my Moto 360 to my phone and this does the trick. However, the app is very light on features and does not include a widget for your home screen to keep track of steps easily, unlike Samsung ' s S-Health. Hopefully Google will beef this up in the near future.

Not pulling data from Moto 360 I seem to have fallen in the camp that can't get the Google Fit app to pull steps and heart activity from my Moto 360. It seems to be counting steps from my phone only. I don't have the issue that many have reported where it wipes the fit data from my watch...likely as it's not talking to the watch. When I go to "Connected apps and devices" there is nothing listed...as numerous other people with the Moto 360 have reported. One oddity I've found is that the step count on my Moto 360 is now much higher than it should be. I've been up for an hour and just walking around my house shows that I've taken over 3600 steps...highly unrealistic. I don't know if this is some effect of the Google Fit app or not though. Outside of the watch integration issue, I like the app and can't wait for other software/hardware developers to start integrating with it. **Update** I completely reset my Moto 360 and it now appears to be syncing with the Google Fit app. I still don't see it listed in the connected apps and devices list however.

Disappointed I was expecting something like MyFitnessPal, but instead I am disappointed. It looks like the app was pushed out too soon with not much in the feature department. I have done over 100 steps so forth without even moving my position. My rating remains, until this app actually becomes something worth the time.
This is an outrage !!! Why does this app doesn't work in Macedonia ? Google location reporting not available in FYROM; i've been waiting for an app like this and now it tells me it can't track my activities. Why isn't it possible just to track the steps taken for example, i really don't care at all about the location

Nice initial app - Needs more The app needs to include either: General categories like weight lifting, core strengthening and flexibility, or Custom categories so the user can enter things like, Bench Press, Squats, Sit-Ups, Yoga, Stretching, etc. I hope to see these in an update soon, because I have to put all of this under a category it doesn't fit under right now. Thanks Devs!

Does not work standalone if location reporting is not supported in your cou Does not work standalone, if location reporting is not supported in your country. if location reporting is not supported, will it work with android wear? . In the past location reporting was supported in my country now google decided to remove it.

Erased Moto 360 Data, Don't See 3rd Party Integration A little upset that my Moto 360 data got erased, would like to be able to sync it with my Aria scale. Doesn't seem to accept height and weight inputs. Doesn't seem to be a way to determine how steps will be tracked, for example use Moto 360 or Fitbit instead of phone accelerometers. Not really sure why Google released this in the state it's in, seems very unfinished.

Good, but pretty bare bones. Also kinda buggy. I understand that this is still in version 1, but its still pretty bare and buggy. Only walking, running and cycling. It has to option to put other, but you can't name it. Overall, it works pretty good. Will lower rating if improvement doesn't happen soon.

Kinks galore to be ironed out Just installed this on my Moto X (paired with a Moto 360). (1) It erased all of my previous Fit data. (2) It doesn't seem to register steps on the 360, though the steps transferred to my phone. (3) It registered 0 minutes of activity on both the phone and watch, despite an elevated heart rate during a 30-minute workout on the treadmill. (4) It's not syncing at all with the Chrome-accessible Google Fit. I'm *really* looking forward to posting a 5-star review for this, because Google can certainly get it right. Hopefully they get it right soon!

Great app. Simple is good! So many complaints about how simple and bare-bones this is, but I think it's great. I set it and forget it. It counts my steps and cycling time (although distance is more important). Weights and yoga can't be recorded with automation, and manual entries are prone to forgetfulness. This app is meant to be simple, not an archive for every physical activity under the Sun!
![Jacob Miheve avatar image](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20141030101752im_/https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/--BkPtV-V5QA/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAmA/7WmFv5PiFcg/w48-c-h48/photo.jpg)
Good concept, but not ready for release yet Multiple issues: Step count doesn't match between my phone (HTC One (M8)) and my LG G Watch, even after a manual sync, with the phone showing more steps than the watch. Then ten minutes later, the step count on my watch has increased to match my phone, even though I've just been sitting at my desk. FAIL. Step count isn't accurate. The UP app on my watch shows 641 steps, Google Fit shows 697 on the same device. FAIL. It's not syncing at all with the website. 697 steps on my phone and watch, and zero on the web app. FAIL. No integration with other apps yet? There should have been at least one or two lined up before release. Less critical, but still a failure. Two stars because the concept is very promising, but the execution is badly lacking.
![Kelly Hawker avatar image](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20141030101752im_/https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-rITUqJ-O8mg/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAAHM/i5jyVQo-rNs/w48-c-h48/photo.jpg)
Good start, has lots of potential I really like charts and graphs! Seeing those is motivating already. But as other users have said, the pedometer isn't quite accurate yet. And if you could expand the list of activities, that would be great. For instance, the Nexercise app has an extensive list of activities. If you could do something similar, that will improve the app drastically. Thanks, devs! :)
![David Winston avatar image](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20141030101752im_/https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-HT-LykQ9lgk/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAE7w/rXiL0GmBskM/w48-c-h48/photo.jpg)
Basically useless Does not sync with ANYTHING. Well, it does pull steps from my Galaxy Gear Live, but I would prefer it pull steps from my phone because the pedometer on the watch is very inaccurate. Can't see where to change this. I use S-Health on my S-4 for my activity tracking, and it does not sync with this at all, so it's just an additional app that provides nothing I'm not already getting. It may be of some use if it would sync across platforms, but it does not sync info to my Note 8.0 tablet, or desktop browser. No features+no sync+inaccurate+superfluous= useless.
![Zane Zakraisek avatar image](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20141030101752im_/https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-EfbPRZVQKVM/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAAABk/7Xh1nkvJpBU/w48-c-h48/photo.jpg)
Doesn't sync good with android wear If I walk around without my phone, but wearing my android wear device, as soon as I come back in contact with my phone, the step count on the android wear watch is reverted back to the count on the phone rather than the count on the phone being updated to the value on the watch
![Tiffany Mason avatar image](https://webarchive.library.unt.edu/web/20141030101752im_/https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-kQL1cB-NCto/AAAAAAAAAAI/AAAAAAAABjc/u4bPQLhiWSc/w48-c-h48/photo.jpg)
Well, it is okay I was expecting more. It is just a pedometer and seems to fail at that. Inaccurate steps. Endomondo or Nexercise do better. I'm expecting great things from this because it was done by Google, but so far unimpressed. At least with other apps I can add other excersice activities that I do. This app feels rushed and unfinished. I will keep it for now and hope Google makes it better but honestly I like endomondo and nexercise alot more...

Doesn't quite work for me ... Love the concept; however, integration between android wear & google fit appears to be one sided. Android Wear only appears to report on what the phone sensors have captured. This morning I did a quick test .. simply: woke up, but on my LG G watch (Wear 2.0), started my morning routine, returned shortly after, put my Withings Pulse in my pocket, walked arournd some more, and then picked up my phone (Nexus 5, Android L Final Preview) - this is the result: Android Wear (as recorded throuh Jawbone UP): 3,229 steps - note: the up app uses Android Wear's Pedometer. Withings: 2,680 steps Google Fit: 2,058 Steps As the Nexus 5 has a built in pedometer, I'd expect Google Fit to essentially compare what's recorded between Wear's pedometer and 5's. I attempted to email the developer regarding my issues; however, the email provided appears to be a dead ends, telling me to look at the online support site. Odded yet, the online site help does not match the help file within the android app. Going to remove Android Fit & perhaps try again when a new revision is added.

Barebones Well, it can track running, walking, biking, heart rate, and perhaps one or two other things I'm forgetting. Things I would like to see integrated: Calorie tally of some kind. Sleep graph or something from compatible devices. Water intake? Okay that's nitpicky. Swimming compatibility. Heart rate monitoring may cover part of it, but gym workout tracking. Trophy room (shows your top 3 in given categories, say best mile times all time, etc) App has quite a long way to go to compete with current market rival

not working the website, settings, THERE S NO "SAVE" BUTTON TO ACCEPT THE INPUT OF WEIGHT AND HEIGHT!!!. why does the android app DOESNT WORK WITHOUT LOCATION REPORTING ENABLED? it has NOTHING to do with the ability to track motion with gps and connect to de internet on my phone, it s just a blatant example of privacy breach. if it sucks up battery i will uninstall... it d be nice to be able to track my elderly parents (locations and movements ) just to know they havent fainted or died on the street...
