Jesus Lopez, along with his co-conspirators Juan Luis Hernandez-Garcia and Jose Guadalupe-Avila, is wanted for his alleged involvement in a drug distribution ring that operated in the western United States. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Lopez in the United States District Court, Western District of Oklahoma, on August 10, 2012, after Lopez was charged with narcotics conspiracy. Lopez avoided arrest at the time charges were filed and remains a fugitive.
