The Recreation Services Bldg. #89 is located at 89 Bennion Road, NSA Annapolis and is the hub of MWR Annapolis Fitness. 

Features
The building features a gym, free weight, cardiovascular and circuit training rooms and racquetball court, spin room; an intramural sports program and a Family Fitness zone.  Fitness equipment includes treadmills, cross-trainers, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, ellipitcals, circuit strength training equipment and an FM wireless fitness cinema. The fitness center has men’s and women’s showers with day lockers, a co-ed sauna, racquetball gear, weight belts and basketballs. 

The facility also has a 500-seat theater with a stage which can be reserved for retirements and special command functions.
