The Liberty Program sponsors free and reduced-price recreational programs for active-duty military E1-E6 single or unaccompanied. The purpose of the Liberty program is to provide station military members with improved quality of life by offering a variety of recreation-based activities in a smoke and alcohol free environment, both on and off base. Activities include basketball, hockey, baseball and football games in Miami, concerts, indoor rock climbing, road trips to the mall and other south Florida based trips. Locally, the Liberty Program offers activities like snorkeling, sky diving, parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, fishing, paintball and more.
