John Bushey, from Spencer, Iowa, take part in a cake cutting ceremony commemorating the grand re-opening of the Chapel of the Good Shepherd. The Chapel re-opened after an 11 month restoration of the facility which included new pews, building support beams and installing a new sound booth.
