The office is open from 0700-1900 EST. A qualified staff is available to assist you with any questions you may have related to filing claims with the Navy; filing you household goods claim with your Transportation Service Provider (TSP) and assisting you with any questions related to offers made by the TSP. If you performed your move in the Defense Personal Property System (DPS), the staff can assist you navigate that system should you encounter any problems while submitting your loss and damage report or your claim.
