Hillsborough County sheriff’s Deputy John Robert Kotfila Jr., who killed in a crash with a drunk wrong-way driver, was remembered by family and colleagues for his dedication and positive outlook.

Tom Jackson It’s no secret the cleanest way to derail the vaunted Donald Trump train is to deny him the magic number of delegates — 1,237 — needed to score a first-round victory at July’s Republican National Convention. It’s also plain the only way to do that is by beating him repeatedly where the splintered GOP field has failed with alarming frequency: at the ballot box.
