Data Collection and Reports
The Real Property Policy Division is responsible for facilitating the collection of real property data from executive branch agencies.
The collection of Federal Real Property Profile data is required under Executive Order 13327, Federal Real Property Asset Management, and is publicly released under the Federal Assets Assets Sale and Transfer Act of 2016 (Public Law 112-287). The publicly accessible database does not include assets withheld for reasons of national security, procurement laws, or a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption.
