The HUD Enforcement Management System (HEMS) automates the monitoring and compliance review business processes for OGC’s Departmental Enforcement Center (DEC), Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO), Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH) and Office of Field Policy and Management (FPM) . HEMS will track a variety of enforcement and compliance schemes stemming from various statutory and regulatory authorities, including the Fair Housing Act, other civil rights authorities, HUD’s program regulations, government-wide suspension and debarment authorities, lead-based paint enforcement authorities, and the Davis-Bacon Act.

HEMS operates best with Google Chrome

HEMS uses the HUD network password for HUD staff so contact the HITS Helpdesk at 1-888 297-8689 for a password reset
Contact a FHEO WASS Administrator to have a deactivated WASS account reactivated.
