We've launched the Claims, Property Valuation, and Electronic Document Delivery modulesfor our Single‐Family Forward Mortgage Insurance Program. So far, these modules have digitized processes, making it easier to submit claims, appraisals, and case binders electronically. This technology provides FHA with the ability to quickly synthesize data, manage risks, and identify trends for enhanced portfolio management. …and the evolution continues!

Our team is currentlly developing the Loan Origination and Servicing modules for FHA Catalyst‐ the next step in achieving FHA's goal of a seamless user experience. FHA will continue this rapid development until the technology includes modules for the entire loan lifecycle and utilizes modern interfaces to instantly transmit lender and servicer data to FHA Catalyst. FHA Catalyst is transforming the loan lifecycle‐connecting systems, people, and data.
