NASEM, Health and Medicine Division

This publication summarizes the discussions that took place throughout the workshop which explored how sustainable diets could impact dietary patterns, the food system, and population and public health. Broadly, the workshop explored sustainable diets and relevant impacts for cross-sector partnerships, policy, and research.
