eFOIA Mobile Application

As part of the 2016 FOIA Improvement Act, all federal agencies are transitioning to a single portal to receive FOIA Requests. We have pulled down the eFOIA mobile application from the App Store to prepare for this transition.  We apologize for any inconveniences this might cause.  The future portal system will allow users to have the ability to file FOIA requests; receive documents and correspondence; have the ability to see the status in real time, and receive their response, including documents through this system.  If you are interested in filing a FOIA request, please visit https://www.foia.gov to provide you with the information needed to submit a FOIA request directly to DHS.
