EPA Compliance & Enforcement Corner
EPA Releases Two New Compliance Bulletins.

EPA has recently added new content to its EPA Compliance & Enforcement Corner page on FedCenter.

The Federal Facilities Enforcement Highlights provide a summary of cases from last fiscal year to raise awareness within the federal community of the types of issues that have contributed to non-compliance and EPA enforcement. Newly released EPA Compliance Bulletins include EPA's National Compliance Initiative to Reduce Significant Noncompliance with Clean Water Act NPDES Permits and EPA's Audit Policy which Offers Incentives for Federal Facilities in Noncompliance.

Environmental Guidance and Recommendations for COVID-19
FedCenter has developed a page that consolidates federal, agency-specific, and non-federal environmentally-related guidance and recommendations with respect to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The page provides up-to-date, currently available COVID-19 information as it pertains to the environment to help organizations who may be planning on developing additional guidance.
