Financial Assistance Programs
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) issues financial assistance through grants and cooperative agreement awards to commercial organizations, foreign entities, Indian tribal governments, individuals, institutions of higher education, non-profit organizations, and state and local governments.
The Service administers a wide variety of financial assistance programs that are authorized by Congress and address the Service’s mission.

It contains financial and non-financial assistance programs administered by departments and establishments of the Federal government.
