Bar-less Barre - Who ever thought you can get a barre workout without a ballet
bar? This class will improve your balance, build strength, and increase your
flexibility– great for beginners or experienced barre enthusiasts. No equipment
required!
Kickboxing - Kickboxing is a fun and energizing workout. The class incorporates
boxing moves such as kicks, jabs, uppercuts, and hooks to improve agility and
power while burning calories.
BANG Power Dance™ - BANG is an urban-inspired mixed-fitness group exercise
class. It’s a unique fusion of boxing, aerobics, intervals, hip hop, world dance and
bodyweight training. BANG workout can be enhanced with optional 1/2 lb.
weighted gloves. Jumpstart your workout with a “BANG” and take your fitness to
a whole new level!
Yoga for YOU - An all levels yoga practice that will include a focus on proper body
alignment, breath work and poses that strengthen muscles, improve balance and
increase flexibility.
Belly Dancing - Belly dancing is based on one of the oldest social dances in world
history, originating in North Africa, Asia, and the Middle East and is enjoyed by
many people all over the world. Belly dancing is both a beautiful form of dance
and a great way to exercise which helps you stay in shape and allows you to
express your personal creativity. The most distinguishing feature of belly dancing
is the isolated movements performed by the abdomen
