- Columbia Theatre, absolutely fireproof. Luckett & Dwyer, lessees and managers. Chas. E. Evans and F. Ziegfeld, Jr., present the Herald Square Theatre N.Y. production of the frisky English novelty in two acts, entitled "The French Maid," with the original cast, including Charles A. Bigelow. Two hundred nights Herald Square Theatre, New York, now nearing its four hundredth performance at the Vaudeville Theatre, London. Libretto by Capt. Basil Hood, music by Walter Slaughter, and Mlle. Anna Held in her great French specialty. Produced under the direction of Mr. Augustus Sohlke. Enlarged orchestra and chorus under the direction of Mr. Will P. Brown. Ballets arranged for this production by herr Augustus Sohlke, maitre de ballet. Mlle Anna Held, the peerless little Parisienne in new specialties during the second act. New scenery by Frank Rafter and Frank Dodge.
