Allows the public to easily find, view, and comment on Federal regulations and other Federal actions. Offers RSS feeds and e-mail notifications to alert you to changes, updates and additions to the site.

Library of Congress.

Congress.gov is the official website for U.S. federal legislative information.  Includes records for every bill and resolution introduced in the U.S. Congress since 1973 (93rd Congress), and every amendment introduced or submitted since 1981 (97th Congress).  Also provides access to the Congressional Record and the U.S. Code.
