Annual Housing Activities Report and Annual Mortgage Report

As required by Fannie Mae's Charter Act and implementing regulations, the company submits its Annual Housing Activities Report ("AHAR") and Annual Mortgage Report ("AMR"). The AHAR and AMR reflect housing activities undertaken by Fannie Mae and the company's performance against our housing goals established by the Federal Housing Finance Agency ("FHFA").

The AHAR and AMR include several data tables that provide information about each goal and our performance under each goal and subgoal.  Included in the tables are dollar volumes, number of mortgages and number of units related to owner occupied and rental properties financed by Fannie Mae's mortgage purchases.
