Chris Daleske is a former Army Field Artillery officer and currently serves as a Major in the D.C. Army National Guard.  He joined the Office of Warrior Care Policy team in January 2016 and is the Operation Warfighter (OWF) Regional Coordinator for the Northeast and Fort Belvoir, VA.  He is uniquely positioned to understand, relate to, and assist wounded, ill and injured Service members as he is still a Service member.  Chris is able to balance his experiences with the hopes and expectations of Service members in order to find the best path possible for them to meet their desired goals.

Stephanie Williams is an Army wife and social worker. She recently joined the Office of Warrior Care Policy as the Operational Warfighter (OWF) Regional Coordinator for the National Capital Region (NCR).  She is positioned to discuss the specifics of the OWF program in the NCR and provide the assistance and guidance necessary to ensure a smooth transition for wounded, ill and injured Service members. With her engaging and fun personality, Stephanie connects with Service members to assist with their reintegration to duty or transition to the civilian work environment where they are able to employ newly acquired skills.

Albert Welcher is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and is the Operation Warfighter (OWF) and Education and Employment Initiative (E2I)  Regional Coordinator for the Mid-Atlantic Region. He has served the OWF and E2I programs for the past four years assisting more than 350 wounded, ill and injured Service members by offering an understanding of Veteran wellness that is informed by both military and civilian circumstances and experiences. He has matched more than 300 Service members to employment and education opportunities, while developing a relationship with over 400 employers in the region. Al’s focus is oriented toward the goal of successful reintegration of warriors back into their communities.

William Oldenburg retired from the Marine Corps after 30 years and is the Education and Employment Initiative/Operation Warfighter (OWF/E2I) Regional Coordinator for Camp Lejeune since June 2016. He is in a unique position to assist transitioning Service members by leveraging his experience and knowledge, which will ensure their successful integration into the civilian workforce. The knowledge, skills and abilities gained while in uniform are traits desired in the civilian job market and OWF/E2I has the national network and resources available to make the transition from active duty as seamless as possible.

Lisa Goenen served 24 years in the US Army and continues to serve as a Master Sergeant in the Army Reserves. She joined the Officer of Warrior Care Policy as an Operation Warfighter (OWF) and Employment and Education Initiative (E2I) Regional Coordinator covering Fort Stewart, GA, as well as installations located in Georgia, Florida and Puerto Rico. Over the past two years, serving as the First Sergeant of the Warrior Transition Battalion Community Care Unit she was instrumental in transitioning more than 200 Soldiers into the civilian sector. Lisa has developed relationships throughout communities in Georgia, Florida, and Puerto Rico and possesses the knowledge and experience to assist Service members during their transition.

Biff Hadden, is a retired Army Colonel and served almost 31 years in a variety of Infantry and Special Forces assignments. He recently joined the Office of Warrior Care Policy team as the Education and Employment Initiative (E2I) and Operation Warfighter (OWF) Regional Coordinator for Fort Benning, AL, MS and installations located in the FL Panhandle. Over the past eight years, he has assisted a large number of soldiers matching them with employment or education opportunities as a volunteer advisor. Biff has forged relationships with a large number of employers both locally and throughout Georgia. With his economic development background, he has the experience to discuss the economic landscape in the Southeast Region, and provide the assistance and guidance necessary to ensure a seamless transition for wounded, ill and injured Service members.

Eric Gehring is a retired Army Master Sergeant. Over the last year, he has personally assisted numerous wounded, ill, and injured Service members in achieving their career goals through Federal internships. Eric is committed to leveraging his knowledge, experience, and the relationships he has developed with Federal agencies in the region to shape the transition and recovery goals of each Service member to achieve success.

Erasmo Valles is a retired Marine officer and has worked as the Operation Warfighter (OWF) Southern Regional Coordinator for over four years. He also has experience assisting wounded, ill and injured Service members and their families as a Recovery Care Coordinator.  Over the last six years, he has worked to assist hundreds of wounded, ill and injured Service members recover and transition to a new career.   Erasmo has built solid working relationships with Federal agencies and employers in the region that have led to successful internships and potential employment opportunities that positively impact the rehabilitation process.

Ned Hall is a retired Army Sergeant Major.  He is the Operation Warfighter (OWF) Regional Coordinator for the Mid-West, a position he’s held for almost two years.  During this time, Ned has assisted more than 250 wounded, ill, and injured Service members matching more than 80 to internship opportunities, while developing a solid relationship with more than 50 Federal agencies in the region.  He is uniquely qualified to discuss the specifics of the economic landscape in the region having been born, raised and residing there.  Ned can assist the wounded, ill, and injured Service member seek new skills and opportunities for a confident and successful transition.

Traci Monger retired from the U.S. Army after serving 12 years as a Human Resource Specialist. Prior to beginning with Operation Warfighter in May 2016, she was a Wounded Warrior Advocate and Regional Supervisor fo rthe Army Wounded Warrior Program.  Additionally, Ms. Monger worked for four years in the Warrior Transition Battalion at Fort Carson, CO assisting wounded, ill and injured service members and their family members as they transitioned back into the community or to their units. Since becoming the Region 8 OWF Regional Coordinator, she has been instrumental in placing more than 15 service members in a Federal agency internship.

Craig currently serves as an Armor Officer in the Washington Army National Guard with over 20 years of total service.  He is the Operation Warfighter (OWF) Regional Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest, a position he has held since 2012.  Over the past three years, Craig has placed over 300 Service members in internships with over 75 Federal agencies.  He has a great relationship with the Seattle Federal Executive Board (SFEB) and regularly meets with the Executive Leadership Council (ELC).  This relationship has helped to open many doors for many Service members over the years.

Julie Rodriguez, a former Marine Corps spouse, recently joined the Office of Warrior Care Policy team as the Operation Warfighter (OWF) Regional Coordinator for the Southwest Region. Over the last seven years, she has dedicated her career to care management support for wounded ill and injured (WII) Service members and their families. During her time with the Marine Corps’ Wounded Warrior Regiment, she supported more than 2,500 WII Service members working to shape policy and drive positive outcomes for Marines and families in her care. Based on her vast experience, Julie is well equipped to assist WII SMs successfully reintegrate or transition to civilian life.
