Indexes are available for the U.S. and various geographic areas. Average price data for select utility, automotive fuel, and food items are also available.

CPI for all items rises 0.2% in November as broad set of indexes increase
12/10/2020
In November, the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers rose 0.2 percent
on a seasonally adjusted basis; rising 1.2 percent over the last 12 months, not
seasonally adjusted. The index for all items less food and energy rose 0.2 percent
in November (SA); up 1.6 percent over the year (NSA).

Consumer prices increase 1.2 percent for the 12 months ending November 2020
From November 2019 to November 2020, the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers increased 1.2 percent, the same increase as for the period ending October 2020. Prices for all items less food and energy rose 1.6 percent over the last 12 months, also the same increase as the period ending October 2020. Food prices rose 3.7 percent from November 2019 to November 2020, while energy prices fell 9.4 percent. read more »
