How do I file documents in adjudicative proceedings?

The paper originals, and requisite paper copies thereof, of all filings in adjudicative proceedings that must be filed with the Office of the Secretary should be (1) delivered to Constitution Center, 400 Seventh Street, SW, Suite 5610, Washington, DC 20024, or (2) mailed to the following address:

FTC E-Filing System

The E-Filing System is a legacy web-based application that is used to receive public filings in adjudicative proceedings conducted under Part 3 of the Commission's Rules of Practice. The new system, Administrative E-filing System (AEFS), will replace the legacy system on August 17, 2020. The url for the new system is:https://adminefiling.ftc.gov/ftcefile
