Q. I'm a USDOT employee. How do I request delivery of articles and other publications?
USDOT employees can request document delivery by filling out the form on this Sharepoint site: https://usdot.sharepoint.com/sites/ost-DOTHQLibrary
National Transportation Library reference staff will make a reasonable effort to locate and order an electronic copy of a requested journal article, book chapter, proceeding or report. At this time, we are not processing requests for physical items such as books.
