Allows a site admin to control a users ability to change various aspects of Platform 5. This can be useful in a developer/client situation where the developer wants to limit the clients editing capabilities.
Disable various menus including ‘extend’ and ‘account’ and limit the settings page to just a welcome.
The Platform 5 builder can also be limited to just editing only.
