From Director Dave Metler and on Behalf of FMS: Thank You

OTC Users Around the World image

FMS is proud to announce that as of December 21, 2012, 100% of Federal Agencies and Financial Institutions have completed the conversion of all over-the-counter activity to OTCnet. This tremendous undertaking has many long term benefits for our users and we couldn’t have done this without the commitment and dedication of all the Agencies and Financial Institutions. The successes of these conversions have allowed the full implementation of OTCnet for all over-the-counter financial deposits through the OTC Channel Application.

On behalf of FMS, I want to personally extend my appreciation to all of the Agencies and Financial Institutions whose cooperation and participation helped make the conversion from PCC OTC and CA$HLINK II to OTCnet so successful. Achieving this milestone, allowed us to decommission PCC OTC and begin decommissioning CA$HLINK II on schedule.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the U.S. Agencies and Financial Institutions across the world that have partnered and supported OTCnet. Your hard work, feedback and commitment throughout the conversion process has directly contributed to our success. First and foremost, OTCnet is about FMS’s customers – the Agencies and Financial Institutions who rely on FMS to provide a simple and secure collection, reconciliation, research and reporting process, all in a single, secure web-based application.

Although conversion activities and the decommissioning of PCC OTC are now complete, FMS remains committed to providing any continued support and training that your Agency or Financial Institution may require. We encourage you to keep up-to-date on OTCnet information by visiting the OTCnet informational website at http://fms.treas.gov/otcnet/index.html. We also encourage you to remain in contact with FMS. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Treasury OTC Support Center at (866) 945-7920 or via email at FMS.OTCChannel@citi.com.
