P25 CAP Laboratory Equipment Requirements - Describes laboratory equipment requirements for attaining recognition as a P25 CAP laboratory.

P25 CAP Testing Requirements - Provides the requirements for the P25 CAP, including an overview of the P25 interfaces that are currently covered by the P25 CAP, and when the applicable SDOC documents and Summary Test Reports are required to accommodate the most current CABs.

Agreements

For DHS-authorized accreditation bodies and DHS-recognized laboratories.

Laboratory Recognition Conditions and Criteria Agreement (December 2014) - A conditions and criteria agreement signed by laboratories seeking DHS recognition as P25 CAP laboratory. A prerequisite is a P25 CAP accreditation in accordance with the polices of the DHS-authorized accreditation body the laboratory selects.

Accreditation Body Authorization Conditions and Criteria Agreement (December 2014) - A conditions and criteria agreement signed by DHS-authorized accreditation bodies to operate the P25 CAP accreditation program.

Supplier’s Declaration of Compliance Requirements (SDOC) - Identifies uniform format requirements for use in preparation of SDOC documents. These documents are submitted to DHS for review and approval. Once approved, SDOC documents can be viewed publicly with their associated STR documents at the P25 CAP Approved (Grant-Eligible) Equipment page of this site.

SDOC Template (August 2016) - Provides a template from which to create an SDOC document that includes typical section tables with built-in 508-compliant attributes defined. If you would like to receive the editable template in Microsoft Word, contact P25CAP@hq.dhs.gov.

Summary Test Report Requirements (STR) - Identifies uniform format requirements for use in preparation of STR documents. These documents are submitted to DHS for review and approval. Once approved, Summary Test Reports can be viewed publicly with their associated SDOC documents at the P25 CAP Approved (Grant-Eligible) Equipment page of this site.
