DHS Retrospective Review Update
In accordance with OMB’s October 26, 2011 Guidance on Implementation of Retrospective Review Plans and Executive Order 13610, DHS prepared an update, which reports on DHS’s retrospective review efforts as of July 2016. DHS prepared its last update in January 2016. The report outlines DHS’s efforts in implementing the DHS Final Plan for the Retrospective Review of Existing Regulations.

DHS Customer Service Plan
As required by Executive Order 13571, Streamlining Service Delivery and Improving Customer Service, DHS has developed this Customer Service Plan. The Plan's purpose is to highlight efforts currently underway that will improve DHS's customer service, while strengthening security.
