Chairman’s Welcome

As the first full-time chairman of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, I welcome you to the agency’s website. This website was designed as a public resource to learn more about the national preservation program and the ACHP’s role in implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. I invite you to browse and find opportunities for training, information on working to save important historic places in your community, and ways to reach out to ACHP staff and preservation partners, and much more. —Aimee Jorjani
