ALL INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS FOR VISA WILL BE RETURNED AT THE APPLICANT'S EXPENSE. AS OF April 1st, 2016, CONSULAR HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU THURSDAY, 10:00 AM TO 3:00 P.M. FOR SAME DAY PROCESSING, DOCUMENTS MUST BE DROPPED OFF BEFORE 12:00 NOON AND PICKED UP AT 3:00 PM.
