All federal agencies must submit an annual report to Congress detailing acquisitions of materials or goods that are manufactured outside of the U.S., that fall under the reporting requirements of the Buy American Act. No Fear Act
On May 15, 2002, President Bush signed legislation called the No FEAR Act (Notification and Federal Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002). This law became effective on October 1, 2003. The primary purpose of the Act is to improve agency accountability for antidiscrimination and whistleblower laws.
Service Contract Inventories
Acquisitions Management Branch submits to the Office of Federal Procurement Policy/OMB the NLRB’s Service Contract Inventories pursuant to Section 743 of the FY 2010 Consolidated Appropriations Act, Public Law 111-117. Inventories provide information on service contract actions over $25,000.
